Guru Booking Bundles

PC Tech Guru reserves the right to cancel membership without warning if there is cause for concern on abuse of the booking system or not following the rules. In this case the service will not be provided and the membership terminated. If PC Tech Guru ceases to continue providing services in your valid 1 year timeline after purchasing Silver/Gold bundle, then the booking bundle holder can receive a partial refund at £5 per month remaining on the bundle providing it is stated how they would like to be refunded and whether they have a valid means of bank account.

Guru Egift card

The buyer of the e-gift card is to take full responsibility for the e-gift voucher and the details to where it is sent to and how it is used thereafter. If the e-gift card has not been received by email, it is up to the customer to contact PC Tech Guru and an investigation will take place with a final resolution will be at the discretion of PC Tech Guru. If the gift card voucher code has been used it will not be able to be reused. E-gift card voucher holder will have 1 year to use the voucher upon payment. Refunds can be given on request if PC Tech Guru ceases to provide services.
